Agency features
The Agency plan is purpose-built for marketing agencies, freelancers with multiple clients, and consultancies running tracking for many brands at once. It includes everything in Business, plus tools for managing many client orgs from one place.

The agency org model
An Agency-type organization is the parent. Each of your clients gets their own STANDARD org. The Agency org has an AgencyClient relationship to each linked client.
- Client orgs hold their own websites + events + members
- Client orgs are billed to the agency (unless you split it up)
- Agency users can switch into any linked client to view + edit
- Clients don't see other clients — privacy is preserved
Linking a client
From the Agency Overview page:
- + Add client → enter the client's domain
- TagEasy either creates a new org for the client or links an existing one (if the email matches)
- The client appears in your overview with health + usage rolled up
Multi-client overview
The Agency Overview dashboard shows one row per linked client:
- Client name + logo
- Websites count
- Events fired this month
- Health: OK / WARN / BROKEN count
- Last activity date
Select multiple clients for bulk actions.
Bulk health scan
Select clients → click Scan all. TagEasy runs the drift detection cron on demand for selected clients and re-renders the health status. Use this when:
- You've just rolled out a tag update across multiple clients
- It's Monday morning and you want a fresh picture before client check-ins
- You're prepping a weekly status report
Bulk export
Select clients → Export bundle. Returns a single file with each selected client's VisualEvents in JSON or Markdown format. Useful for:
- Migrating a client off TagEasy to another tool
- Documentation: copy-paste into your client's knowledge base
- Auditing: see exactly what's tracked across all clients in one file
White-label branding
Settings → Branding. Set:
- Company name — replaces "TagEasy" in the sidebar
- Logo URL — shown in the dashboard nav
- Primary color — overrides the default blue accents
Branding applies to your agency's dashboard view and to client orgs you link. Note: the public marketing site (tageasy.io) and the GTM container itself stay branded TagEasy — the white-label is for the dashboard experience.
Client invitations
When you onboard a client, you have two options:
- Manage on their behalf. Don't invite them; just work inside their org as the linked agency. They don't need accounts.
- Invite them as VIEWER. They can log in and see their own org's tracking status — useful for transparency, monthly reporting, or technical clients who want a look.
Invite from Settings → Members in the client org. The client gets a magic-link email; if they don't already have a TagEasy account, they'll create one with the same email.
Switching between clients
The Org Switcher in the sidebar lists your agency org + every linked client. Click any client to switch context. The dashboard reloads showing that client's websites, events, and health.
Permissions
Agency org members get the same OWNER/ADMIN/EDITOR/VIEWER role they have in the agency org when they switch into a client. This is a controllable scope — to limit what one agency member can do in clients, give them a lower role at the agency level.
Pricing for very large agencies
If 75 sites + 10M events isn't enough, request an Enterprise quote. We do custom plans for agencies running 200+ client sites, including SSO, audit logs, and dedicated support.
